Ever heard of oDesk?

oDesk is an online system where buyer (the company) meets the provider (job seeker). In other words,oDesk is an employment agency for those who are looking for a job and for those companies who are looking for workers. So, if you are an independent contractor and you want to find contracts, then oDesk is for you. On the other hand, if you have a project that needs to be done and you want somebody to do it, then go ahead and register with oDesk, because there, you can find talented people who are willing to work for you at a reasonable price.

For the providers, to be able to get a contract, you must bid. This is a bidding process. The only way to win the bidding is to qualify for the job and to offer the cheapest reasonable price. Upon completion of the project, the provider and the buyer can then give each other feedback about the project itself, or just about each other.

I wish I was able to find oDesk when I was still in the Philippines so that I didn't have to deal with all the crap that went on at work. Oh well.
