Country Hash Brown

Its finally Saturday! We got up so late and hungry so we have no choice but to cook something fast and easy, but tasty. So, today, we made some hash brown, a different kind of hash brown. This is just another way to cook potatoes. My husband calls it "country hash brown." Again, this is just my own version. You can adjust the ingredients however you want to.

Ingredients:

2 pcs large potatoes
1 pc medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 pc bell pepper
1/4 cup olive oil, any other cooking oil will do
3 tsp Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning, if available, if not, salt and black pepper will do.
